agency. consignees who receive the supplies shouldbe vigilant and should complete checking to ensure that there is no scopefor the supply of refurbished products. at the time of receiving supplies, theconsignee may adhere to the following to ensure that any discrepancies insupplies can be flagged, taken into account, and reflected while generatingthe crac: i. packing should be checked properlyii. a warranty certificate from the oem should be insisted upon andchecked.iii. instruction manuals and the os installed should be checked.iv. the machine serial number should also be checked
